Emergency Medicine CME

Please join us for a one day Continuing Medical Education seminar on emergency medicine organized as part of the inauguration of our Master of Emergency Medicine program. Emergency medicine is an upcoming medical speciality in India. Patients are increasingly seeking services of quality emergency medicine departments to recieve acute care and trauma treatment, as well as to have access to well trained medical staff after hours.

With support of our U.S. Academic partner, Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, KIMS is launching a three year U.S. style emergency medicine training program. Upstate Medical University is a level One Trauma Center, the highest level of hospital center and offers several national and international fellowship training programs in emergency medicine.

The featured speake will be Dr. John McCabe, CEO of University Hospital and Senior Vice - President for Hospital Affairs at Upstate Meidcal University. In addition to his leadership role at University Hospital, Dr. McCabe is a nationally recognized speaker on emergency medicine and is a past president of the Merican College of Emergency Physicians. Currently Dr. McCabe is serving on the board of directors and executive committee of the american board of medical specialties and is the chair of the board

The CME is especially designed for emergency medicine and critical care doctors and nurses and medical and surgical residents.
