A primary care centre at Kuravankonam, Kawdiyar for facilitating consultations, pharmacy, laboratory, cosmetic and dental services.

Observance of National / International Days of significance
 

KIMS is a silent crusader in the field of community services in its own dedicated way. It has been observing the various national / international days of significance, by organizing innovative programmes / camps, talks, walkathon for health awareness of the community.  Smile Train Project


KIMS is the one of the centre’s in southern Kerala recognized by Smile Train International to perform free surgeries of lip and palate. Smile Train is the largest cleft lip organization in the world. True to the Smile Train motto that No child needs to suffer with a cleft, we have performed more than 200 surgeries till now.
 
 

KIMS Global Heart Foundation


This entity is part of the efforts to extend our philanthropic activities beyond geographical boundaries. KIMS in association with Rotary Club had facilitated a free Cardiac surgery for a Pakistani girl.
 

KIMS Dialysis Foundation


The Dialysis Foundation gives free or subsidized treatment to poor kidney patients. The foundation is funded by donations from individuals and organizations.


KIMS Voice Foundation


KIMS Voice Foundation offers professional help for efficient use of voice, professional voice care, voice therapy and the like.
 

Concessional treatment


Quality healthcare is expensive, but our corporate objectives are merged with social responsibilities and we continue to deliver the best medical care at an affordable cost. KIMS have given due consideration to the vulnerable segment of society and has spent roughly Rs. 22 crores for free / concessional treatment.

Our Human Resource wing organizes need-based In-house training programmes for the different cadres of administrative staff. We believe training is an essential part of growth and increases productivity. It adds value to the employee. Seminars and clinical trainings are organized from time to time to enrich the skill and expertise of our care providers.
 
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life support (BLS) Training Programmes are regularly conducted at KIMS
 
 

Hi-tech Ambulance

 
Our 24 hr hi-tech ambulance service facilitates timely care in the event of emergencies and trauma. They carry a well equipped emergency trained team to ensure pre hospital life saving care. Our ambulance fleet has a tracking system for faster response. The ambulance service is extended at no cost for accident and trauma victims within city limits.
 

Health Talks

 
We serve and sensitize, by creating awareness about health related issues. Regular health talks and educational programmes are conducted by our medical professionals in TV channels, Radio, associations, corporates and public gatherings. There is always a tremendous response to these sessions.

Serving the community

 
KIMS has provided job opportunities not only for the educated and well qualified but also for the poor families in the locality. Many of these under privileged have been recruited to our housekeeping dept. They are also given other employment benefits. Similarly the local labourers have been contracted to handle all consignments arriving at KIMS.
 
KIMS is of the firm belief that the corporate goals must be aligned with the larger societal goals. As part of corporate social responsibility we are committed to make positive contributions to the society.
