Understanding the importance of emergency care, Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences, (KIMS) has set up one of the largest Emergency Department in the state that is at par with international standards. The new department inaugurated by Shri Vayalar Ravi, Honorable Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs on January 2, 2010.
